Lucid Athlete
is founded and run solely by TC Design Forge, LLC — a husband and wife duo in Minneapolis, MN.
We were frustrated by the lack of affordable, accurate performance and recovery insights for endurance athletes. So we decided to make it ourselves.

Lucid comes from the Latin verb lucere, meaning "to shine," which is reflected in its meanings "filled with light" or "shining." It also describes someone whose mind is clear or something with a clear meaning.
A Lucid Athlete™ trains smart, with intentionality. A Lucid Athlete uses data to inform their decisions. They rely on proof, not anecdotes.
